Astrology reading for April 2019

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard someone say that he or she doesn’t like a certain sign or how he or she can’t get along with an Aries or Virgo and so forth. It aggravates me because what most people don’t realize is that there is a little bit of every sign in each and every one of us.

When you look at an astrological chart it is a circle that is divided into twelve segments. Each of those segments represents different areas of our life and like the constellations in the sky each of those segments has a different sign/meaning designated to it, which is dependent on a person’s birth date, time and place.

So, you may not like those born under the sign Leo, but you can bet that somewhere in your chart there is a Lion who is strutting his or her stuff. The sign that a person usually doesn’t get along with or has a hard time with is the sign that falls in a person’s eighth house or segment. This segment represents dead end projects and for those of you who have followed my career or caught some of my shows you have heard me say many times that when a person’s sun sign falls in your eighth house it doesn’t usually help the relationship you have with that person unless other factors come into play.

There is good and bad in every sign and although you may not like or agree with a Taurus or Scorpio you have to admit that we do need all twelve signs contributing to society in order to make things work.

After all who would get things started if it weren’t for those pesky Aries and who would take the less than perfect Aries plans and work them through thoroughly if it weren’t for the bullheaded Taurus. Only to have the versatile Gemini once again elaborate and turn the whole project into something spectacular. Of course, then the very conscientious Cancer reconstructs what the Twins have done in order to make it work properly and along comes the Leo – loves the project and packages and promotes it only to have the Virgo look at it and perfect it once again with miniscule detail that no other sign could possibly have conjured up.

And it’s on to Libra who is the connoisseur of sophistication and good taste and knows exactly what’s missing. But of course that has to be scrutinized by the very observant Scorpio who adds a magical touch and passes it along to the worldly Sagittarius who elaborates and exaggerates until everyone gets the gist of if except of course the industrious Capricorn who finds a way to market the hell out of it while the Aquarius questions what’s been done and adds cutting edge vision and lots of fabulous trendy little concepts to make it very original only to face the creative Pisces who tweaks until it’s unique enough to finally say it’s complete, a job well done by all let’s lift our glass and celebrate what we can do when we collaborate.

Aries: March 21 – April 19

A little charm will go a long way. A change may be something you desire but before plunging into something new consider what you’ll have to do or give up.

Taurus: April 20 – May 20

Start a new hobby or incorporate something you enjoy doing into earning a little extra cash. Positive change is heading your way and Personal improvements are favored.

Gemini: May 21 – June 20

Someone will disappoint you or let you down. Don’t rely on others if you want things done properly. Problems will surface if or someone else is indulgent or overreacts.

Cancer: June 21 – July 22

Focus on partnerships and keeping the peace. Use charm in order to get your way but don’t make unrealistic promises or you’ll end up in an emotional dispute.

Leo: July 23 – Aug. 22

Look before you leap. Nothing will be as it appears. Keep your emotions under control and only act when you are certain that your motive is good, and the risk is minimal.

Virgo: Aug. 23 – Sept. 22

Express the way you feel and the changes you want to see happen. Communication is the key to finding out where you stand and what it will take to succeed.

Libra: Sept. 23 – Oct. 22

Keep busy, work hard and don’t procrastinate. If you want something you have to do the legwork required. Refuse to let others take advantage of you or hold you back.

Scorpio: Oct. 23 – Nov. 21

Concentrate on what’s important to you. Follow a creative path that satisfies your soul. Put romance on a pedestal and make personal changes that bring you joy.

Sagittarius: Nov. 22 – Dec. 21

Keep your life simple and your habits moderate. Look for the truth and know when to walk away from situations that are deceptive. Concentrate on self-improvement not changing others.

Capricorn: Dec. 22 – Jan. 19

Look for new ways to use your skills and experience and you will get ahead. Personal finances and legal matters can be put to rest and contracts can be signed.

Aquarius: Jan. 20 – Feb. 18

Look at what you can do to make your life better. Refuse to follow someone who is excessive or who tends to take advantage of you. Do your own thing.

Pisces: Feb. 19 – March 20

Do what you can to help others. Look at offers carefully and consider who will gain and who will lose. It’s okay to say no or to do your own thing.
