Hi everyone, and welcome to my favourite month, the start of Spring, which really is around the corner now!!!

Spring more than ever means renewal, rebirth, blooming plants and flowers, and a burst of colour and hope springing forth.

As actress and humanitarian Audrey Hepburn once said, “To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow.”

Fresh air, sunshine and the ability to enjoy walking outside will be more appreciated than ever this month. So we’re getting there, and I believe that having Spring here again will definitely help!

Before I tell you about some great things coming up at Finding Your Bliss this month, I have to go back and share one of this month’s highlights on the show. And that was my interview with four-time Juno-award-winning singer/songwriter and recording artist Billy Newton Davis. To say our conversation was soulful, would be an understatement. We laughed and cried and spent the most glorious hour, and I can’t help but marvel at this artist’s eclectic career; he has performed everything from jazz to R&B, blues, pop, disco, gospel, electronic music, and he has even had an incredible career on Broadway!

But it is his latest offering, a brand new Jazz EP called Have We Met?, which I think might be some of his finest work to date! During the live radio broadcast, we play a few of the songs from Billy’s soulful five-song disc and I just wanted you to hear one of my favourites right here, and that is his incredible song, “Grandma’s Hands.” Have a listen right here!

Also coming up on Finding Your Bliss on Zoomer Radio this month, we have an awesome interview with television, radio and podcast host Ralph Benmergui. We all fondly remember Ralph as the beloved co-host, along with Valerie Pringle, on CBC’s Midday and he is on our show this coming week to tell us all about what he’s up to now, which includes an upcoming book, his work as an ordained spiritual director, and the podcast he hosts titled Not That Kind of Rabbi.

This week’s featured artist is the super talented singer/songwriter Tyler Simmons with a gorgeous new cover of the hit song Anyone by Justin Bieber! This duet, sung with Jadyn Rylee is exceptional, so make sure to tune in and hear his interview on Zoomer Radio. So far, his video on YouTube has received over 10K views!!

Here is a sneak peak of Tyler Simmons and Jadyn Rylee singing this exceptional cover of Justin Bieber’s hit song!

And one of my favourite interviews to date - and one of the first times we were ever able to record video footage of an interview (which means we can play Sneak Peek video clips on Instagram @theblissminute!), is with the incredible Sarina Condello, with whom we leap into the bliss of dance! Sarina is one of the most incredible world-renowned dancers, choreographers, teachers, and performing artists. Sarina is an absolute dynamo, has the biggest heart, and is one of the best people on the planet!

And Sarina danced in her seat the whole time I was interviewing her! Her awesome new venture, Sasa Fit, is an incredible online dance and fitness community. The classes Sarina teaches online are so amazing that it even brought me back to dance, after so many years, with her Sunday Dance Club.

Also coming up on Sarina’s show, we have an inspiring testimonial from Arlene, a 73-year-old woman who has been dancing with Sarina for 5 years. And our Featured Artist is the incredible singer/songwriter Amy Sky.

We also have Certified Personal Fitness Trainer Neil Zworth coming up on the first day of Spring show, (March 20th) along with former Producer of the first season of Finding Your Bliss, Phyllis Newman. Also on that show is the amazing musician Steve Koven, with his latest album.

There are contests galore coming up this month, including a Spring Tune-up with Neil Zworth, valued at $500, which includes three personal training sessions and some great swag!! Stay tuned - all of the details will be on Instagram @theblissminute
